These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between you and the operator of 1031propertylists.com (the “Site”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) governing your access to and use of the Site, including all content, listings, outbound links, tools, and related services made available through the domain and subdomains we control. Who we are and what the Site does
